Environmental Impact Report Scoping Meeting

Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the City of Hollister has begun the process of preparing an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Hollister General Plan Update 2040, Climate Action Plan, and Sphere of Influence Amendments and Annexations. At this public scoping meeting, the City is requesting comments and guidance on the scope and content of the EIR from interested public agencies, organizations, and individuals.
